|

|

Density
|

Dwelling
|
A building designed exclusively for residential purpose including one-family, mobile/manufactured home, and multiple-family dwelling but not including hotels, motels, recreational vehicles and other forms of transient housing.

Fiduciary
|
A person entrusted to manage, hold, or control or make decisions for another.

Flood
|
A temporary rise in stream, lake, or tidal water level that results in inundation of areas not ordinarily covered by water.

FSBO
|
"For Sale By Owner".

General Agent
|
Agent authorized to anything that can be legally delegated to a representative, such as real estate agents acting as general agents for the broker.

Listing Broker
|
The broker of the listing salesperson.

Listing Salesperson
|
The salesperson that lists the home.

Livestock
|
Livestock: Horses, bovine animals, sheep, goats, swine, reindeer, donkeys, or mules.

Lot
|
Land held as a unit regardless of whether platted or unplatted, and regardless of whether described on plats or in documents of title.

Lot Frontage

Lot Line
|
Front: In the case of an interior lot, a line separating the lot from the street. In the case of a corner lot and reverse corner lot, the lot front line shall be the line separating the narrowest street frontage of the lot from the street. In the case of corner lots or reverse corner lots having equal street frontage, that property line the prolongation of which creates the front property line for the greatest number of interior lots in the same block, shall be considered as the lot front line of such corner or reverse corner lot.
